Position Summary:
The IT Product Manager plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs. This position leverages technology to optimize business processes and deliver exceptional consumer experiences. The IT Product Manager develops and manages IT products and services that support the company’s operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth. This position collaborates closely with IT and Operations business partners and develops forward leaning technologies across the company.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, gathering insights and driving consensus on critical decisions
- Align technology initiatives with business strategies, shareholder expectations, and market trends
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their business strategies and goals
- Create Epics, Features, Tasks, User Stories, and Bugs to enhance business capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy and roadmaps
- Develop product/solution roadmaps and timelines to address product gaps aligning with business strategies
- Define clear product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery within budget
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, managing project milestones, mitigating risks, and ensuring quality standards
- Lead project planning efforts, defining scope, timelines, resource allocation, and establishing KPIs and metrics
- Maintain a transparent product backlog understandable by both the business and the Scrum team
- Monitor performance, evaluate IT products, gather insights, and iterate on enhancements to drive continuous improvement and business value

Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline, 4 plus years of experience in a product management role or HS Diploma/GED, 7 plus years of experience in a product management role
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills to all levels of an organization including executive leadership
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

- Strong knowledge of agile development practices, methodologies, and tools

- Experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jira for project management and collaboration
- Experience managing complex product development cycles
- Ability to learn new technologies
- Travel up 25%

Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree or MBA
- 4 plus years of experience in a product management role in the Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on driving innovation and achieving business objectives
