Conagra Brands - Russellville is looking to add to our team to help us meet the demands of our customers across the country. You will work #LI-Onsite at the Russellville, AR manufacturing plant in our Conagra Brands Shipping Department. We are hiring for an Inventory Coordinator to help us produce meals. You will report to our Warehouse Manager and join a team of 1500.
You Will:
You will process and update information, training and tools for supervisory and clerical employees.
You will create a safe, clean, and efficient work environment that ensures quality and cost-effective handling of CFF's finished product.
You will coordinate all phases of Shipping Department operations with all other departments to maximize efficiency and quality plant wide.
You will generate picking lists from sales order STO, top sheets from STO's and PO's, confirming authorized shipments into and out of warehouse.
You will compares identifying information and counts/weights against incoming and outgoing shipments to verify the accuracy of all receiving and shipping documents for authorized shipments (picking lists, top sheets, trailer inspection forms, inbound/outbound bill of ladings).
You will verify bill of lading matches warehouse documentation, STO's, PO's and picking lists.
You will verify inventory availability and schedule/confirm pick up/delivery appointments.
You will follow up on late, no-show appointments, trailer needs, material issues.
You will communicate issues and follow up with replenishment planners, transportation and customer service representatives.
You will maintain good rapport with carriers and customers.
You Have:
Must be available to work all shift.
Two-Four years' experience.
You have operations math experience such as frequency distribution, test reliability, variance.
Will wear all required PPE.
