Position Overview:
As our Inventory Management and Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online boutique. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

Email Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via email and Phone calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You'll be handling our daily email and calls, ensuring each customer feels valued and heard.

Order Fulfillment: Efficiently process returns and new orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. From Picking inventory to preparing orders for daily pickups, you'll oversee the entire fulfillment process with precision.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, updating systems as new stock arrives or leaves. Your attention to detail will ensure our inventory is organized and easily accessible at all times.

Quality Control: Steam and fold returned items, meticulously inspecting each piece to ensure it meets our quality standards. Your dedication to quality control will uphold our reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
Trustworthy and reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Excellent written communication skills, comfortable crafting professional and engaging emails.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
Previous experience in inventory management or e-commerce fulfillment is a plus, but not required.
