Grow your career as a successful International Commercial Administrative Associate with Inclusive Collection. In this role, you will support the international sales and commercial operations of the company. You will ensure efficient coordination and administration of international transactions, compliance with process regulations, and effective communication between internal teams and external partners.
A successful International Commercial Administrative Associate will:
- Process and manage international invoices from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure timely and accurate payments from budget.
- Track and resolve any issues related to delays or discrepancies.
- Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for invoices received including full review of submission and proof of performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all international transactions and budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers and partners regarding payment status, production information, and general inquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments such as accounting and finance, to resolve any issues or concerns raised by the international sales sector.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to international sales and expenses.
- Process international payments and handle currency conversions as necessary.
- Monitor accounts payables and follow up on outstanding payments to international clients.
- Provide administrative support to the international sales team, including preparing presentations, reports, and sales materials.
- Analyze and provide reporting to support international sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in both English & Spanish required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
