The Benefits, Payroll & Mobility Solutions (BPMS) team exists to attract, retain, and retire top talent by providing a precise, industry leading, and seamless benefits and payroll experience. We offer benefits and payroll solutions to a diverse and growing set of both domestic and international entities while influencing organizational strategy with a focus on financial discipline, ingenuity and compliance.
Within BPMS, the International Benefits & Mobility Team is responsible for the strategy and execution of the benefits and payroll needs for Chick-fil-A's international entities. As the International Benefits Intern, this individual will assist with the improvement of projects and processes related to a wide array of Support Center Staff benefits such as retirement, health and welfare, and absence. This role requires attention to detail, effective project management skills, and the ability to partner well with cross-functional teams in Legal, HRIS, and Talent. This individual should demonstrate sensitivity to geographical and cultural differences and excellent communication skills. As a member of the International & Mobility team, the summer intern may also be asked to assist with other initiatives that support the broader Benefits, Payroll & Mobility Solutions team.

Responsibilities
- Learn about the various benefits and offerings for Chick-fil-A's International Divisions, contribute directly to their success, and ideate on ways to improve current products, projects, and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements to inform International Benefits strategies, employee facing documents and International Benefits technology roadmap
- Develop new and enhance existing documentation on International Staff benefits, communications, and best practices
- Partner with HRIS and Data Operations team to ideate and execute International Benefits reports and conduct data analysis and visualization
- Assist with planning International Benefits Summit in partnership with Talent and Division HR leaders
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced technical, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities with competing deadlines
- Self-driven, exhibiting a personal drive for excellence, eagerness to learn, and requiring limited supervision
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communication skills
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree, as a rising junior or senior in the following fields: Human Resources Management, Business Administration, International Business, Accounting, or other related degrees
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Human Resource Information Systems
- Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Alteryx
