Department/Position Description:

Channel Management is focused on analyzing Supply Chain impacts of item and vendor decisions through our network and recommending best path forward, focusing on impacts to net landed cost, inventory, service, etc. The Channel team works cross functionally with many teams within Procurement, D&T and Brand Category teams. We work to review the best item and vendor flow path through the ADUSA network to our Great Local Brand stores.

As a Channel Management intern, you will learn more about Procurement and the impacts of decisions on the overall business (D&T, Stores, etc.). This role will help teach you how to take complex problems and data sets and weigh out options to help drive the best decisions for the business utilizing data tools and insights. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with many groups within the organization and learn more about Supply Chain, data tools, and Grocery retail.

Qualifications:

• Proficient/Advanced in Excel

• Understanding of retail Supply Chain

• Business analytics and insights

• Comfortable presenting (verbally, written and PPT) findings and recommendations

• Preferred- PowerBI experience, financial understanding,
