  • Support with staff orientations. 
  • Assist in the creation of daily schedules, agendas, Learning Through Baseball packets, etc. 
  • Producing promotional material and displays. 
  • Deliver memorable experiences for Twins fans and guests. 
  • Connect through storytelling and maintain a high level of customer service. 
  • Design campaigns to attract more guests to visit Target Field. 
  • Focus on three key points: strategic communication, business development, delivering memorable education experience at Target Field.  
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
  • Have a desire to learn, passion for inclusion, and obsession to details. 
  • Capability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively in the moment. 
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to sudden changes of plans. 
  • Good time management and a high degree of organizational ability. 
  • The ability to maintain the image and integrity of the Minnesota Twins is a must. 
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of Twins history and baseball in general. 
Physical Requirements:
  • Able to lift items 35 pounds as needed.  
  Time Commitment: February 2025 - October 2025. Hours: 30 hours/week. Pay Rate: $17/hour.     Are you excited about the opportunity but don't meet every single requirement?
