Starting Salary range is $59,065 - $64,065 annually ($26.25 - $31.79/hour), based upon prior work experience. Because work-life-balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Salary offered is dependent on skills and qualifications, with the high end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience.

Responsibilities
This position is part of the Health Claims department. The ideal candidates will have recent Health Claims experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Successfully completes the training program.
- Handles claims within guidelines and makes recommendations on complex claims.
- Gathers information from external organizations as needed.
- Effectively communicates with agents, other insurance companies, medical providers, policyholders and others in the course of conducting investigations.
- Serves as a resource for our Health Claims partners.
Qualifications
- Current or recent Health Claims experience/knowledge.
- Proactive and can work in the gray.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Time Management, analytical and organizational skills.
- High Level of Initiative
