Full Job Description
Leading beauty brand is seeking a Graphic Designer for an onsite, full-time opportunity where you will be expected to go into the office 3 days per week.

MUST HAVES:
- 3+ years design experience
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory and layout techniques
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, advertisements and brochures
- Create monthly Amazon activation's including banners, promotional graphics, PDP, etc.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines
- Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, visually engaging designs
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints and platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and innovative

NICE TO HAVES:
- An understanding of beauty marketing trends
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience designing user-friendly digital experiences
- Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)

- Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance
