Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an General Sales Manager Executive Assistant at our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for partnering with the General Sales Manager to complete administrative tasks, communication, change management, calendar management, coordinate action items, coordinate travel, and general administrative support
- Identifies and addresses gaps in company processes and procedures to ensure consistency and continuous improvement practices across the organization
- Facilitates and advises communication between C-Level, all Direct Reports, and organizational leaders to provide improved consistency, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Coordinates activities across all sales divisions to ensure seamless business continuity and operational stability
- Demonstrates leadership by building relationships with the sales team and across the organization to help deliver company and department objectives
- Partners with the General Sales Manager and Division Management team to facilitate and manages HR activities tied to compensation, succession planning, ratings, performance management, and other related activities
- Attends internal or sales meetings in conjunction with, or on behalf of, the General Sales Manager
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar experience
- Sales Support Experience preferred
- The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Expert computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work in-person at a minimum of 4 days per week
- Potential travel up to 25%
