Position: Front Desk Receptionist - Part Time
We are looking to add a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist at a busy primary care practice - there is the future potential of going Full Time. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an excellent patient experience, have attention to detail, and work comfortably in a team environment.
Check in/out patients quickly and accurately
Complete insurance verification
Verify patient demographic information
Monitor and respond to patient and clinical staff messages
Complete patient outreach
Answer incoming calls
Obtain co-pays and payments
Have computer experience
Excellent communication skills
