This team is essential to a smooth operating fleet of vehicles, no matter the size.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a Fleet Safety Administrator with a primary responsibility to support the company's Fleet Safety program with administrative and clerical duties.
- Administrative support for the Fleet Safety Manager. This role will focus primarily on Fleet Safety incidents, accident administrative support, and DOT compliance administrative duties.
- Prepare reports and presentations on Fleet Safety performance and compliance.
- Communicate with body-shops, related vendors, and employees regarding repair status.
- Prepare and file documents as directed.
- Well organized Individual with good administrative skills.
- A strong background working with Excel, JDE, Fleet Telematics, and Microsoft Office is a bonus.
- The ability to complete work quickly and properly.
- Must have good technology, interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential and proprietary information in an ethical and professional manner.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to perform routine clerical, office functions and make mathematical calculations.
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions, and work as part of a team.
- Good attendance and dependability is a must in this position. Must have the ability to work alone and in a team environment while being self-driven.
