This is an office position.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage client cases, preparing meeting reports, analysis, and visual aids to facilitate productive discussions.
Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare follow-up summaries, ensuring action items are completed.
Execute tasks to fully support the advisor and client service team, providing end-to-end operational assistance.
Handle administrative duties, navigating various platforms to optimize firm operations.
Collaborate with the team to continually refine processes that improve client experiences.
Provide backup support to team members when necessary and manage special projects as assigned.
Assist financial advisors in supporting clients across all aspects of their financial lives.
Communicate professionally with both internal and external parties.
Work collaboratively as part of the operations team, helping team members with tasks and issues.
Analyze problems to identify root causes and offer practical solutions.
Actively contribute to team meetings by raising issues, questioning processes, and suggesting improvements.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services industry.
Strong understanding of financial services and related products.
A high level of dedication and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and the team.
Ability to manage multiple projects quickly and accurately, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and financial planning software such as Naviplan or MoneyGuide Pro.
Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
Experience working with busy, high-level professionals.
Positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and grow continuously.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Willing and able to pursue industry licenses and registrations (SIE, Series 7, Series 66, state insurance license) within two years of hire.
