As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports on financial performance.
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze budget variances and trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to manipulate and analyze large data sets.
- Leverage Hyperion, HFM and Essbase for data entry, analysis and reporting.
- Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Core Technical Skills:
- MS Excel: Advanced proficiency, including pivot tables, index match, xlookup, macros (VBA) and other complex formulas.
- Hyperion, HFM and Essbase: Experience in data entry, analysis and reporting.
- Power BI: Proficiency in creating dashboards, data visualizations, and reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Workday ERP system and financial software.
