Full Job Description

Our client, a top asset management firm located in Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant. The schedule requires this person to be in office 5 days a week; the hours will be 8:30am - 5:30pm. The role will start in Mid-October and tentatively last through the end of February 2025. This role is a great opportunity for someone to demonstrate their ability to maximize productivity and efficiency through daily administrative and logistical support. This role pays up to $40/hr.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Executives in the Corporate Development and Solutions Team
  • Heavy calendar management, working closely with other Executive Assistants to coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel as needed
  • Handling data entry and reporting as needed via Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Tracking and organizing monthly expenses
  • Researching and planning events for Executives as needed
  • Completing ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Providing administrative backup support to the Administration Team including support to the Executive level offices as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar capacity is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, previous experience using a CRM program a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Thorough, meticulous and highly accurate
  • Knows when to ask questions with a heightened sense of urgency
  • Friendly, upbeat, pleasant demeanor; good at building relationships and possesses a helpful, client-focused approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all job responsibilities
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • A "no task is too small" attitude
  • Ability to handle changing demands in fast-paced environment with strong multi-tasking skills
  • Abide by our work-in-office policies then in effect
