As aUtilities Demand ResponseProgram Management Specialisthere at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit in program management activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of programs, meeting customer requirements, and driving business growth. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will contribute to the overall success of our programs.
You will report directly to our Program Manager and workremotelyin one of the following states:ConnecticutorNew Jersey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to meet customer Commercial and Industrial demand response targets.
- Monitor the performance of the program including the performance of individual sites (facilities, buildings, etc) through a software platform analyzing kW data
- Work collaboratively with Field Engineers to review the facility Energy Survey to determine optimal load reduction strategies based on equipment and processes and validate calculations
- Analyze and interpret utility bills, AMI, and KYZ pulse data
- Provide operational oversight of demand response programs.
- Work collaboratively with an outreach team ensuring a robust pipeline of potential demand response customers
- Maintain a strong understanding of energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resources.
- Manage multiple deadlines and tasks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.
- Provide high-quality customer service.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
- Travel 10% or less.
The annual base salary for this position is $83,000 - $110,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand response program management, or similar.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, energy management, or engineering
- A professional certification issued by AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) - CMVP or CEM or CEA.
- Project management certification (PMP)
- Experience in the industrial automation industry
- Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
- Utility Rate Schedule analysis and familiarization
- Experience with building management systems including, but not limited to, lighting, HVAC equipment and systems, hot water systems and other sources of energy consumption within commercial and industrial facilities.
- Basic IT knowledge to coordinate with site IT manager regarding firewall access, internet connectivity, and other issues related to implementing ADR.
- Familiar with reading blueprints: architectural, electrical, and mechanical equipment schedules).
