Enablement Content ManagerAs a member of the Global Field and Partner Enablement team, the Enablement Content Manager (ECM) curates enablement content, establishes and manages ongoing content governance and policies that streamline content creation, conduct audits and content archival, and acts as system administrator of the Genesys Enablement Platform (Genie/Seismic).The ECM will be an advocate – understanding the needs of Genesys and Partner sales teams and leveraging technology, best practices, and top-performing content to steer sellers toward what they need to close deals and drive customer success. This individual will collaborate cross functionally with the internal Genesys marketing, sales, operations, and BU teams to drive strategic content and platform design to drive consumption, adoption, and analyze the impact of assets on the sales process.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Implement, promote, and maintain Content Management and Governance through documented publishing guidelines, naming conventions, brand compliance, tagging, curation, and promotion policies.
  • Establish and manage multiple Governance workstreams (Strategic, Platform (Seismic) architecture, and Content).
  • Create, manage, and publish enablement content to support sales/partner programs and initiatives, and curate the content in a way that provides sellers with the right content at the right time in the sales cycle, leveraging content intelligence and automation appropriately.
  • Consult, design and develop- Genie (Seismic) pages to align to overall business strategy and goals
  • Manage overall content library, performance of content, and timely archival of low performing and/or out of date content.
  • Provide ongoing enablement and consulting to marketing teams & other content publishers.
  • Contribute to search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging, and metadata management.
  • Provide insights on content ratings, utilization, and impact using learning management platforms, content management systems and web analytics tools.
  • Ensure and demonstrate continuous growth of platform adoption year-over-year through content quality, relevance, and curation.
  • Understand and communicate to leadership new technologies/platform features. Manage implementation of new technology/features.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to Marketing operations to optimize content quality and sales guidance.
  • Partner with cross functional teams to develop training content for strategic sales assets.
  • Overall Seismic platform system administration and management: Profile and Newscenter channel management, user management, external system integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake), work with IT team on requirements outside of the platform (i.e.Okta, SAML, sFTP) to ensure the most effective automation is in place to minimize manual work.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years in SaaS content management, B2B marketing, or digital communications
  • Experience working with Content Management and LMS platforms (Seismic experience preferred)
  • Experience with salesforce.com (preferred)
  • Experience supporting a global sales team (preferred)
  • Content management experience (preferred)
  • Channel/partner experience (preferred)
  • Experience with MS office suite (strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-starter who is detail oriented with a strong bias toward action and tangible results.
  • Knowledge of buyer and seller content needs across stages of the sales cycle.
  • Problem solver with strong project management, change management, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for knowledge sharing and helping others.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$52,000.00 - $102,000.00
