Duke Radiology invites applications to join our Breast Imaging team, one of the largest divisions within our nationally recognized Radiology Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pursuing an academic career and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

The Duke Radiology Breast Imaging team is a collaborative group of individuals passionate about teaching, innovation, research and high-quality clinical care. We are excited to welcome new members who share our dedication to upholding the highest standards of academic breast radiology.

Opportunity:

  • Range of high-impact services including 3D Mammography/Digital Breast Tomosynthesis, Contrast-Enhanced Mammography, MRI, and Ultrasound which are all performed at our state-of-the-art Duke Cancer Center.
  • Collaborate with world-class surgery, oncology, radiation oncology, and pathology departments.
  • Faculty appointment with the Duke School of Medicine at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification in diagnostic radiology and fellowship-training in Breast Imaging.
  • A commitment to patient care and teaching breast imaging fellows, radiology residents and medical students (52 residents and 3 breast imaging fellows per year).
  • Demonstrated scholarly activity and interest in academic medicine.
