Our team at Aquent is working with a world-renowned tech client to find a DJ Mix Liaison for their music streaming platform. We are looking for candidates to provide day-to-day onboarding support to DJs and Mix Suppliers. Support will be provided through an email alias and a ticketing system using Zendesk. The candidate will escalate inquiries to the relevant specialist if needed. They will be responsible for initiating and managing invitations to participate in a DJ Mix program via proprietary software. The candidate will be required to prioritize, track, and troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms, including Zendesk and proprietary systems. The candidate will work toward closing a backlog of incomplete sign-ups by conducting outreach through the support email alias on a weekly basis. They will add new mixes to the DJ Mix schedule, communicate mix issues through support tickets, and provide mix maintenance support to the DJ Mix team.
Responsibilities:

Send system-generated invitations to DJs and Mix Suppliers daily.

Respond to support cases within 24 hours.

Follow up on invitations after two business days.

Work toward closing the backlog of incomplete sign-ups. Reach out to at least 40 Mix Suppliers and/or DJs a week.

Add 100% of new DJ Mixes to the schedule within 24 hours.

Communicate content takedowns and assist in resolving issues preventing a mix from going live daily.

Perform daily mix maintenance.
Qualifications:

Must be a fluent English speaker.
-
Experience providing support in a help desk environment.

Music operations experience with labels or DSPs.

Proficient with Excel, Zendesk, and/or Airtable (a plus).

Excellent, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Must have a demonstrable passion for dance and electronic music (DJ and dance music production skills are strongly preferred).

Knowledge of digital music metadata and identifiers is a strong plus.

Knowledge of digital music delivery processes is a strong plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $35 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
