An FFF Enterprises strategic investment, KlearTrust, is a start-up company specializing in software and services required to operationalize and support value-based healthcare agreements. Dedicated to leveraging innovative solutions to transform healthcare delivery, enhance patient outcomes, and improve operational efficiency.

Position Summary

The Director, Product Management and Marketing will play a crucial role in managing the KlearTrust Platform’s features and functionality, ensuring they are well-integrated and meet the needs of business and our users. The Director will also manage and coordinate corporate communications and digital marketing efforts, linking platform development with company positioning and messaging. This position requires a blend of product management, user experience design, and digital marketing skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants for complex projects and lead the company's digital marketing efforts, including content publishing, social media, and website management.

Essential Functions and Duties

Product Management

  • Serve as the Product Manager for the KlearTrust portal, overseeing the development and integration of features and functionality.
  • Contribute to product planning for the underlying event-driven platform, assuring development and implementation of the right features, end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product updates.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
  • Provide UX and design support to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
  • Work with external consultants for complex projects requiring specialized expertise.
  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.

Digital Marketing

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for KlearTrust, including content publishing, social media management, and website updates.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement with the KlearTrust portal.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant communication with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support the development of presentations, product sheets, and other sales and marketing materials.

Future Role Evolution

  • Expand the role to encompass broader product management and marketing responsibilities.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for product and market growth.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve KlearTrust's product and marketing strategies.

  • Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations.

Qualifications


Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a marketing, business computer science, or related field, or four (4) years relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Required Knowledge:

  • Proven expertise in UX design principles, with a focus on creating user-centric and intuitive digital experiences.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including content creation, publishing, and social media management, with the ability to track and optimize performance metrics.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Creative and innovative approach to developing and executing marketing campaigns and enhancing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Adept at data analysis and interpretation, transforming complex data sets into actionable insights and product improvements.

Preferred Knowledge:

  • Working knowledge of healthcare, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and insurance business practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, data-driven projects in highly regulated environments.
  • Proficiency with design tools, especially Figma, or similar platforms for creating wireframes and user interface designs.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience [nine (9) years for non-degreed candidates] in product management and digital marketing, with a successful track record of launching and managing high-impact products and marketing initiatives.
  • Minimum of five (5) years [nine (9) for non-degreed candidates] of experience in executing graphic design projects and overseeing end-to-end development and marketing of digital products.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, startup or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in managing social media and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on achieving measurable results and driving business growth.

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries, especially in product management or marketing roles.
  • Background in technology design and project management, with the ability to guide product development from concept to execution.

Required Skills:

Physical requirements

Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 20 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working condition include normal office setting.

Mental Demands

Learning, thinking, concentration and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations’ situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
