Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate Director of Sales and Marketing to join their team. This role is primarily focused on sales, with marketing elements aimed at building robust relationships as well as a referral network and driving traffic through engaging events.

As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies

- Building and nurturing relationships

- Ensuring the community's values and mission are consistently upheld

- Collaborating with all departments to foster a vibrant and social community

- Utilizing a database to track and optimize sales efforts

- Closing sales and securing commitments from potential residents

The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in marketing, selling, and leasing in a senior care space, preferably an assisted living or similar setting

- At least 2 years in a sales and marketing position, preferably in real estate, senior properties, or hospitality services

- At least 1 year of direct, face-to-face sales experience, including conducting tours in an assisted living or similar setting

- A passion for building relationships and a knack for networking

- A flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evenings and weekends

This role is based in our client's location in the Soutwest Suburbs and offers a general schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
