Full Job Description
Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for a full-time Marketing Director to join their team! This is a full-time staff role, and will be hybrid (3 days onsite in NYC, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
The Marketing Director will:
-champion audience growth / engagement, and measure success through KPI's including views, plays, streams, and subscribers
-enhance membership sign-ups, and newsletter subscriptions
-seek out / establish partnerships that broaden their content distribution and audience reach
-oversee / optimize Google AdWords and other paid advertising campaigns across social media
-use data / analytics to inform overall strategy, and provide training / guidance to other team members on audience engagement, platform management, and analytics tools
-prepare reports on audience growth, and engagement trends
The Marketing Director has:
-ideally 7+ years of experience in marketing with a background in-house from a non-profit, journalistic / news company, political organization, or other relevant vertical
-an interest / focus on politics and / or public discourse
-fluency in Google AdWords, and ability to evaluate + improve KPI's
-strong experience in digital media trends, and emerging platforms
Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees can enroll in the companys 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan. Employees will also receive eight hours of vacation leave every month and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will be able to purchase company stock, are eligible for annual bonuses, and can participate in profit sharing.
