Job Description Summary

Develop and direct the service model for Transamerica Fiduciary Services (TFS) in the oversight and administration of retirement pooled plans offered through TAG Resources, LLC and alternate channels. Work with the Operations, Distribution, Product and Relationship Management in national and finals presentations.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish policies and procedures for TFS regulatory compliance, plan administration, and day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a named fiduciary responsible for oversight and associated administration for clients using TFS services.
  • Promote TFS solutions to key distribution partners.
  • Participate in weekly sales and distribution meetings to review pending business and required actions.
  • Provide guidance on requests for proposals and establish control points to ensure all factors are considered before delivery.
  • Work with the Head of Strategy – Pooled Plans on national and finals presentations.

Qualifications

  • Ten years of experience in the retirement industry in a client facing role
  • Experience working for a pooled plan provider company
  • In-depth knowledge of pooled plan structures; one year of experience working with PEPs, MEPS, and/or exchanges
  • Expert understanding of ERISA (Employee Retirement Income Security Act)
  • Outstanding written/oral communication and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to influence outcomes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficient using MS Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

Working Conditions

  • Office or hybrid office/remote environment
  • Moderate travel to meet with clients and distribution leaders

Working Environment:

Employees will be assigned to one of the following work location designations:

  • In office employees will perform all of their work at a Company office location.
  • Hybrid employees will need to work at a Company office location at times and a remote work location (typically their home) at times.
  • Commuting Remote employees will need to report to a Company office location at times, but will perform their work primarily remotely.
  • Non-commuting Remote employees will not be assigned to report to a Company office location (although they may need to travel to a Company office upon request) and will perform their work remotely.
