Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

Sales Team Development

* Develop and Manage the Sales Training Program

* Develop Sales Career Path Framework

* Organize and Facilitate Bi-Annual Sales Meetings

* Manage the Sales Internship Program

* Develop New Sales Employee Onboarding Processes

Sales Administrative Support

* Manage Sales Expense Approval Process

* Administer and Track Sales Compensation Plans, Collaborating with Sales Leadership and HR/Compensation

Sales - Marketing Interface

* Coordinate Marketing & Sales Alignment

* Provide Sales Support for New Product Positioning

* Ensure Consistency with Sales Materials, Presentation Templates, Formats, etc.

* Distribute and Track Marketing Qualified Leads with the Sales Team

* Support the Development of Account Based Marketing

* Manage Salesforce.com Activity Report and Resulting Actions

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:

Essential KSAs:

* Bachelor's degree and 8 + years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and programs, translating them into executable strategy and driving cross-functional teams to deliver against the plan

* Keen ability to drive change: to transform, align and inspire in a fast-paced environment

* Agile leader and learner

* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective relationships with peers and leaders across an organization

* Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) exhibited at all levels within an organization

* Proactive self-starter with outstanding organizational and project management skills managing multiple work streams simultaneously

* Seasoned influencer with all levels of organization

Desirable KSAs:

* Successful experience consulting with all levels of management; able to effectively build relationships by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly

* Proven track record of understanding and delivering sales-focused strategies and improvement plans

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands/fingers to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch; and talk or hear. The employee is also required to use a telephone with headset, frequent use of a standard keyboard and computer and occasional use of other office equipment. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 30 pounds. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods and use close and color vision. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
