The Digital Product Manager will lead a team of product managers and business analysts, driving digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence both internal leadership teams and external partners.
Work Arrangement
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Location: Hybrid (3 days in office)
- Equipment: Company-provided laptop
Core Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership
- Lead a team of Digital Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Develop and implement digital strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate digital platforms and recommend strategic partnerships
- Drive digital innovation initiatives for maximum business impact
- Create and manage business cases for digital opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing digital strategies
Customer & Market Focus
- Incorporate customer and employee feedback into product development
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
- Conduct research to understand customer needs and digital banking trends
- Track and analyze performance metrics and KPIs
- Partner with Marketing on product positioning and promotion
Technical Leadership
- Prioritize product requirements and coordinate release planning
- Guide complex project implementations
- Oversee business requirements documentation and technical specifications
- Lead system design sessions and prototype development
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards
- Manage relationships with IT and Operations teams
Team Management
- Lead and develop a team of product managers and business analysts
- Guide documentation of business and technical requirements
- Oversee system testing and implementation processes
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of financial services experience
- 5+ years of digital product experience
- People management experience
- Online and mobile banking experience
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Expertise in strategic planning and execution
- Proven track record in product roadmap development
- Excellence in stakeholder management
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $75 to $80/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
