As the Digital Marketing and Personalization Lead for Cards Engagement Marketing, you will be responsible for the execution and management of personalized Engagement marketing campaigns to our client's Cardmembers driving engagement and usage of their card benefits.
In this role, you will be focused on navigating and completing the channel integration steps to get strategies into market. This requires a sense of creativity, keen eye for detail and collaboration mindset to partner with a cross functional team to turn concepts into reality.
You will partner with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate the end-to-end implementation of campaigns. You will also own the requirements, timelines, deliverables, approvals, issue management, and control systems for campaigns.
Core Responsibilities –
Serving as the marketing execution leader driving best-in-class customer experiences, the following responsibilities are key to the role:
- Support channel intake process, prioritization and coordination with other execution teams
- Partner with internal teams on implementation of marketing creative and capabilities including personalization and integration
- Updating campaign progress and capturing records within our client's marketing workflow tool to maintain their high controls standard
- Partnering with Digital/Mobile and Email Strategy leads to obtain results learning and support optimization plans
- Ensuring strong focuses on end-to-end customer experience and controls, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed to our client's rigorous controls standard
Working across multi-functional teams, such as:
- Product and Marketing Strategy team
- Email Channel team and Operations
- Marketing Information Management and channel teams to influence and coordinate targeting
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in direct or digital marketing with 5-10 years of experience required
- Experience with marketing project and program management
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with strong skills in multi-tasking and prioritization
- High energy, solutions oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, working well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities
- Creativity and innovation with a focus on constant improvement
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint presentation
- Specific experience in financial services including debit or credit marketing and/or agency-side experience is a plus
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
