Our creative services client in the digital marketing and creative industry, is seeking a Digital Designer to join their team. As a Digital Designer, you will work with a variety of clients to translate their brand ideas into the digital space, creating visually stunning and effective designs.

Salary is $70-$80k.

This role is fully remote, but since the digital team is located in Houston they are seeking candidates in Houston or Austin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with teammates, copywriters, account managers, and principals to determine client needs and design strategies
- Create layouts for various digital mediums, including web, email, social media, and motion graphics
- Implement brand voice and personality tailored to each client
- Prepare files and presentations for client meetings
- Experience delivering successful design components and assets for responsive web

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Multimedia Design for digital projects
- Must have portfolio showcasing digital projects
- Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe CC
- Knowledge of storyboarding, conceptualizing, and creating animations
- Strong writing and communications skills
- Up-to-date on industry trends and technology
- Understanding of WordPress and HTML/CSS mechanics
- Located in Houston or Austin

NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in UX process, including research, personas, journey maps, user flow, wireframes, and prototyping
- Google Analytics experience or certification
- Video editing experience
