Job Title: Cybersecurity Program/Budget Analyst
Location: Arlington, VA and Alexandria, VA (Remote Flexibility)
Clearance: Top Secret SCI #clearance
Apex Systems is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Analyst with expertise in DoD programs, budget analysis, and stakeholder management to join our team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in DoD programs and management processes.
- Analytical skills for budget data analysis.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Familiarity with DoD Planning Guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills.
- Active TS clearance.
- Bachelors degree.
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in enterprise-level budget planning and justification.
- Proficiency in DoD PPBE processes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and programs.
- Understanding of the DoD acquisition system.
- Familiarity with issue paper processes for funding justifications.
