Our client in the insurance industry is looking for a Creative Strategist! This REMOTE, freelance assignment starts immediately, 40 hours a week, through the end of the year, with the potential to extend.

The Creative Strategist will be creating new campaign concepts, overseeing a team of internal and external creatives to execute, and monitoring analytics for campaign performance, optimizing for best results. This person will also be heavily involved in project management, content development, optimization, and testing various creative approaches to improve overall performance marketing efforts.

Creative Strategist Requirements
- Bachelors degree required
- 5 + years experience
- Proficient with Google Analytics and similar data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPA, CTR, CPM, ROAS) and digital platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing for creative
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Workfront or similar programs

Creative Strategist Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the performance marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and design high-performing creative assets for social media, display, search, video, and other digital channels
- Lead the creative process, manage designers, editors and oversee the creative process from start to finish
- Work with external creative teams, influencers, and content creators to produce high-quality content
- Continuously monitor performance of creative assets, analyze data, and optimize for improved KPIs such as click-through rate, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.
- Utilize A/B testing, consumer insights, and performance data to inform creative decision making
- Develop new marketing and content concepts based on market research, understanding of customers, and performance data
-Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and data analysts to align on brand messaging and campaign goals
- Provide detailed reports on creative performance, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders for future campaigns
- Ensure all creative content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, look, and feel across all channels
- Contribute to improving internal workflows by collaborating with teams and agencies to set up more efficient and effective processes
