Purpose:
As the Creative Manager you will be responsible for managing creative projects, including print and promotional materials, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget. You will work closely with designers and other creative professionals. You will report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities*

60% Creative Management

  • Manage creative projects from start to finish.
  • Partner with team members to understand project requirements.
  • Collaborate with vendors to order promotional and print materials.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to designers and other creative professionals.
  • Lead the collaboration with team members to strategically define and enhance project goals ensuring that projects remain on track.
  • Address and resolve issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Consult with sponsors to determine the appropriate logo usage.
  • Ensure effective communication between all project team members.

40% Planning and Reporting

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress.
  • Provide regular updates to the marketing team regarding project status.
  • Oversight of creative team budget
  • Evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organize and archive print and other marketing materials.

Required Qualifications*

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2 + years of experience in related fields.
  • Experience managing and navigating the creative process.
  • Working knowledge of Creative Suite background.
  • Experience using project management software.

Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed annually at a minimum and are subject to change at any time, and for any reason, throughout the course of employment. Learn more about the work modes.

Additional Information

The posting range for this position is $57,600-$71,050. This posting range reflects multiple factors involved in determining compensation, such as skills, experience, training, certifications, and other organizational needs. At Ross, it is not common for new hires to be offered a salary at the upper end of the range. Compensation decisions are based on the details of each situation.
