Job Summary
Comcast's Corporate Compliance Department provides strategic oversight of the Company's compliance program and sits within the parent company-level Corporate Law Department. The Department is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing the Company's internal policies, procedures and compliance with laws, regulations, and contracts globally across Comcast, NBCUniversal, and Sky. The Senior Manager will support the Corporate Compliance team in its oversight of the compliance program across the Company, including at Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal and Sky. The Senior Manager will assist in overseeing all aspects of the compliance program, including, among other areas, risk assessments, data analytics and reporting, project and relationship management, international trade compliance, and due diligence. The Senior Manager will stay apprised of emergent legal and compliance risks and requirements and how these may arise in Comcast's businesses as they evolve and change. Core Responsibilities
- Support senior business unit liaisons in ensuring that effective policies and procedures are implemented and maintained globally and at each business unit to manage and mitigate the Company's overall compliance risks and the specific compliance risks in each business, ensuring the Company complies with existing and developing U.S., U.K. and other foreign jurisdiction laws and regulations.
- Collaborate and partner with stakeholders across Corporate, Comcast Cable, NBCUniversal, and Sky, including Corporate and Business Unit Compliance, Legal, Human Resources, Security and other stakeholders to further develop and implement the enterprise compliance program.
- Utilize operational compliance experience to support risk assessment initiatives aimed at identifying and responding to compliance risk across the enterprise.
- Monitor and analyze compliance related data (e.g., risk assessments, investigation findings and root cause analyses, monitoring results) from across the enterprise to assess program effectiveness, identify trends and provide recommendations for further program enhancement.
- Foster close working relationships with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to effectuate open communication and information sharing on compliance initiatives.
- Assist in developing materials for Corporate Compliance department meetings and presentations, including the Company's cross-functional, enterprise-wide Compliance Committee.
- Promote the Company's culture of integrity that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to comply with laws, regulations, and policies.
- Advance and communicate, by words and by actions, a culture of compliance and integrity across the global company.
- Benchmark the Company's compliance programs against the programs of other respected companies and the guidance of enforcement authorities and regulators.
- Direct special projects and other key initiatives, as required.
- Perform other compliance program-related responsibilities and duties as needed.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Core Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree required
- Generally requires 8 - 10 years of relevant experience. Prior experience supporting an internal risk function (e.g., compliance, audit) at a large corporation, university, or related setting preferred
- Operational experience in leading or supporting assessments to identify and analyze potential legal and compliance risks.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver guidance and effectuate change amongst teams that are outside of a direct reporting line.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP, PMP, CCMP) a plus.
- Cable, Media & Entertainment, Telecom, and/or Technology industry experience preferred.
- Experience with managing or conducting compliance due diligence reviews and screening of customers, vendors, and other third parties preferred.
- *Knowledge of sanctions and international trade control issues, including export and import classification of hardware, software, and technical data a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to partner and communicate effectively with diverse populations and with an inclusive manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications with all levels of management, willingness to assist in areas outside of direct assignments when necessary, and commitment to self-improvement and completion of team objectives.
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams to meet various deadlines with high quality work product.
- Strong technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word), as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze facts and identify issues, collect data/evidence, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and prepare reports.
- Experience in process improvement and/or system operations a plus.
