Our client, a nationwide consumer goods company, is urgently seeking a Contract HR Generalist to support Employee Relations, focusing on HR investigations, policy management, and providing business-oriented HR guidance. This role is fully remote.

Day to Day!

Conduct HR investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
Provide guidance on HR policies and address business-related HR inquiries.
Support hourly workforce management and navigate labor issues.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, particularly in California (if applicable).
Collaborate with internal teams on payroll, benefits, and compensation.

About You!

3+ years in HR Generalist roles, with a focus on HR investigations and policy.
Knowledge of California labor laws.
Strong background in Employee Relations, policy management, and business support.
Ability to work with an hourly workforce and navigate labor issues.
