**Please note that some weeks will not be a full 40 hours a week. Most weeks will be 25 to 30 hours a week.

Our client, a leading beauty brand, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join their CPD Customer Experience team. You will play a key role in managing content for their CPD products, ensuring accurate and engaging product details are published across retailer websites using the Salsify content management system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation & Management: Develop and manage product content for approximately 900 SKUs in Salsify. Ensure all information is accurate, engaging, and consistent, ready for retailer PDPs (Product Detail Pages).
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to gather product briefs, visuals, and information, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and retailer requirements.
• Time Management: Efficiently create content for each SKU, typically spending about 20 minutes per SKU, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
• Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer experience, to ensure smooth workflows and timely content delivery.

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in content management, user experience, or website development.
• Familiarity with Salsify or similar content management systems is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 to $45 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
