Full Job Description

Description:Develops and maintains corporate policies and procedures, including writing, editing, and publishing them in accordance with company standards. Works with policy/procedure owners, subject matter experts, and legal counsel to produce the most precise language and ensure for version control of related materials. Manages the corporate policy review process, including preparing and posting documents for review, resolving reviewer questions, and responding to reviewer comments. Uses online application for storing and maintaining corporate policies and procedures.

Manage and participate in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems related to Command Media including Command Media Central, Sharepoints, Confluence and others as related to 1LMX, applicable to the Corporation, its functions, programs, business areas, and wholly owned subsidiaries.
Participate in 1LMX Working Group and be able to articulate and defend Legal positions in absence of Sr Mgr related to the future of policies and procedures, as well as tools.
Participate in the design, development, review, approval, and publication of Corporate and Business Area organization charts.
Participate in the design, development, review, approval, and publication of the Lockheed Martin Corporation Delegation of Authority.
Manage and participate in the design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of websites for Lockheed Martin Corporation command media, delegations of authority, and organization charts. system enhancements. Provide for the training of administrators, and users, and others assigned roles within the systems.
Mediate policy conflicts within organizations to include presentations to executive leadership.
Provide for the communication of command media, delegation, and organization chart changes to stakeholders. Brief executive management, internal auditors, and departments on the command media system, delegations, websites, and proposed changes.
Basic Qualifications:
* Experience managing a command media system at the enterprise or division level. Experience writing command media at the policy and cross-organization levels, covering all major disciplines within the company or division.
* Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
* Excellent Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint. Capable of developing and interpreting flowcharts used to conceptualize and communicate systems, procedure flows, and command media structure.
* Experience with IT systems including Sharepoint, Confluence, and customized tools.
* Capable of working in a demanding, highly varied, and fast-paced environment that requires independent thinking, problem solving, and action with minimal oversight from senior management.

Desired Skills:
* At least five years' experience with a command media organization at the corporate or major division level.
* Previous experience working in a LM business area.
* Experience with 1LMX.
* Experience interpreting contract requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations and other customer regulatory policies, and Lockheed Martin policies and procedures.
* Capable of quickly comprehending new subject matter in any area of the Corporation's operations and determining which current policies will be affected and where there are policy gaps to be addressed for new initiatives.
* Understanding of export considerations for IT tools and unique employment requirements for international employees.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $102,000 - $195,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
