Clubhouse Assistant Program Director

We are searching for an Assistant Program Director interested in serving in a supervisory position within a Clubhouse model program!
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, confident, and skilled person that wants to work in an environment that makes a difference and is different every day. Clubhouses are unique locations that offer individuals with mental health challenges a vibrant, fun, and engaging environment. Clubhouses help people move forward in their mental health recovery journey. This role requires great flexibility as you will work one-on-one with individuals and unit teams.
In this vital role, the Assistant Program Director will:
· be responsible for day-to-day oversight of program activities and functions
· manage the programmatic and administrative aspects of the Clubhouse in a manner consistent with program philosophy
· engage members in unit work
· assists with intakes and orientation for new clubhouse members
· assists with enrollment paperwork for new members
· provide individual supervision to staff as delegated by Program Director
· be part of evening/weekend social program

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm with occasional evenings, Saturdays, and holidays
Pay Rate: $25.49/hourly
