About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Chief of Staff Branch Channel Management group within Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB). Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at www.wellsfargo.com.
This role is responsible for leading Branch Channel Management Transformation change and strategic initiatives and directing the work of a matrixed team of individual contributors to produce executive business reviews. This individual will partner with stakeholders across the Branch Systems &Transformation organization as well as product, business, operations, technology. In addition partners with risk teams to deliver ATM and Branch Transaction Transformation related strategic initiatives including products and capabilities, platform modernization, process improvements and issue and regulatory priorities.
This leader must work well in a rapid-paced environment and be passionate about leading transformational change. Superior collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization is a requirement.
In this role, you will:
Provide vision, develop and execute strategic Branch Transaction Management Transformation business reviews
Complete detailed Business Analysis, including review and analysis of existing products, hardware and business requirements gathering and documentation.
Drive working group discussions, set action items and key business decisions in order to execute on project deliverables and timelines.
Create executive level presentations
Act as primary point of contact for Transformation related change management and product teams.
Works independently, leads meetings and mentors but does not manage other employees.
Direct matrixed resources with the ability to influence support partners across multiple areas
Collaborate with and influence management regarding trends and issues, and recommend appropriate strategies or actions.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, Change Management or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience leading large scale initiatives with multiple workstreams within Financial Services
Experience identifying gaps and areas of improvement
Strong understanding of project management principles and standards
Demonstrated experience to develop relationships and work with multiple departments
Advanced Power point skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with ability to adapt message to senior leadership
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, coupled with an ability to translate ambiguous ideas/issues into well-defined plans/solutions with a record of accomplishment for delivering results
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00Benefits
