Job Description
Required Qualifications needed for C7 Sandblaster are experience in Sandblasting related fields of Metal surfaces. Understanding the operation and equipment, including Compressor and Nozzles. Basic mechanical skills, maintenance and troubleshooting. Pay close attention to detail to ensure surface are properly prepared in accordance with SSPC. Job can be Physically demanding, requiring strength, endurance and the ability to work in various positions and environments. Must have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with team members and supervisors. Ability to Paint parts equipment interiors and exterior of ships using paint brushes, Sray guns and rollers. Able to perform related tasks as assigned, some of which may become essential to the position. Ability to use small hand and power tools.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
1-3 years' experience in all facets of Painting on military or commercial vessels, must have knowledge of many different types of Paint processes and its appropriate use.
1-3 years' experience in Sandblast C7, Credential
Must comply with Company Safety rules and Osha standards.
Must be able to wear required Personal protective equipment
Must be able to obtain a DBIDS Credential.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57720 - $88483

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
