Job Description Summary
As a project coordinator, training QA analyst, and business systems analyst you will serve as department subject matter expert of WFG Operations systems. (Coding, Licensing, Points) Conducts in-depth system testing and works with IT on defining requirements for implementation and improvement initiatives. What You Will Learn: In this role, you will be working with a team of ambitious and engaged professionals who bring fresh ideas and diverse perspectives to help us continually shake up the status quo and stay at the forefront of reinventing how we meet the needs of our 50,000+ licensed insurance agents in the United States and Canada and amplify the WFG brand.
What Success Looks Like:
- Support Operations Business Units with data needs by creating SQL queries and reports as needed to meet the requirements provided
- Support Operations Business Units with identifying root cause of issue and to determine when/if IT tickets should be submitted.
- Conduct quality assurance on IT initiatives as related to of WFG Operations systems (Coding, Licensing, Points) projects and tickets.
- Write JIRA requests providing detailed information regarding the business need and any impacts the project will have to the business i.e. financial or customer service.
- Monitor WFG Operations (Coding, Licensing, Points) webpages and ensure that they are updated with any changes to policies or to reflect process updates.
- Submit updates for any WFG Operations (Coding, Licensing, Points) forms to be review, updated, and posted appropriately through Lithos/Inmotion
- Effectively communicate project statuses with IT and any stakeholders
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
- Three years of experience with commission systems or related system QA/testing.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure of deadlines.
- Decision-making and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency using SQL for coding; MS Office products (e.g., Excel, Teams, Word, etc.).
- Knowledge of SQL and basic database queries
- Ability to work in both a team environment and individually

The salary for this position generally ranges between $50,000 -60,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus of 7.5% based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
