As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be:
- Experienced in multiple and diverse environments and applications and in all major functions, issues and considerations of the subject matter.
- Able to discuss industry and marketplace trends and directions and site relevant case studies.
- Capable of managing manages a diverse and complex suite of projects simultaneously.
- Working with stakeholders on process improvement projects designed to improve results.
- Gathering and analyzing information and providing recommendations to address and resolve root causes. Evaluating/researching business problems and their relationship to technology.
- Understanding the value of process-centric approach to business analysis Tackles complex business/systems problems and conveys this information to stakeholders (includes technical teams for translation into solution design).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Understanding of business strategy development techniques.
- Ability to facilitate dialogue across functional areas and provide consultative direction.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects/project teams
- Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $45.00 to $48.67 per hour.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
