Business Analyst

Apex Systems is hiring for a Business Analyst with a large Dept. of Defense client in Alexandria, VA!
Position requires a currently active, DoD-issued Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.

Location: 100% on-site in Alexandria, VA
Schedule: M-F, Standard Business Hours
Contract Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity
Job Description:

• Interacts with the team daily to deliver reports that enable effective and efficient IT governance.
• Communicates with the team to gather data and details that lead to actionable information.
• Able to work on a team that supports a mission focused customer with high expectations.
• Serves as the organization’s Business Analyst sharing insights to leading to better outcomes for the customer.
• Utilizes technical knowledge, interpersonal skills and grit to solve challenging operational requirements.
• Experience with PowerBI highly desired, but not required.

• Active, Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience
• CompTIA Security+ CE Certification (or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of employment – we can help qualified candidates to obtain this certification!)
