As a member of our in-house creative and production agency leadership team, the Content Studio Brand Partnership Lead role is akin to an external agency’s Account Supervisor. This pivotal role leads multiple account teams supporting all of the therapeutic areas at GSK. The role is responsible for growing internal relationships while ensuring that creative initiatives align with each brand’s strategy and vision across all marketing channels.
The Brand Partnership Lead will also liaise with external AORs, champion technological advancements, and identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline the content supply chain and enhance speed to market.
The Brand Partnership Lead will oversee a team of Creative Managers, who manage individual accounts, to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. The Brand Partnership Lead will facilitate the creation of
impactful, performance-driven content that consistently meets the highest standards and delivers maximum value across all therapeutic areas, while driving continuous improvement.

The Brand Partnership Lead plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of GSK’s Content Studio. Leading our account team, the Brand Partnership Lead elevates the Content Studio's influence within GSK by establishing robust internal partnerships and steering creative projects to support each brand’s marketing strategy. This leader will be responsible for forging and nurturing strong internal relationships and growing the impact of Content Studio within GSK. The Lead's agency expertise will ensure that the execution of creative ideas not only resonates with our brands' messages but also leverages the most advanced tools and processes to achieve superior performance and efficiency in our communications.
In addition to acting as a brand’s strategic partner, the Brand Partnership Lead will work to improve our account management by streamline operations and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality content. This includes optimizing workflows, leveraging innovative technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
This role will directly lead, mentor, and empower the team of creative managers and project managers by setting clear goals, OKRs, and fostering professional growth. They will indirectly manage creative resources ensuring
projects are delivered on time and on budget. They will define how this team operates and set the standard for brand partner relationship management and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Similar to an agency’s Account Supervisor, this role will forge and nurture strong internal relationships to grow the impact and usage of in-house agency, the Content Studio.
- Creative Excellence: Leverage agency expertise to ensure the execution of creative ideas resonates with our brands' messages, utilizing advanced tools and processes for superior performance and efficiency.
- Team Development: Directly lead, mentor, and empower a team akin to account managers and project managers by setting clear goals and OKRs, fostering professional growth. Indirectly manage creative resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. of vision between the Content Studio and brand teams.
- Standard Setting: Define team operations and set the standard for brand partner relationship management and deliverables.
- KPIs: Monitor and track deliverables and budgets. Oversee the development of capacity models and ensure design and copy resources are allocated effectively and maximize resource allocation/bandwidth.
- Monitor performance metrics of content produced to evaluate impact and inform future creative development.
- Technology: Drive the adoption of new technologies and processes within the Content Studio, our brand partners, and AORs to enhance creative production and content delivery.
- Team Leadership: Contribute to the broader strategic planning efforts of the department, helping to shape the future direction of GSK's in-house creative capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics, Finance/ Economics.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, account
- management or a related field within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
- 7+ years in stakeholder management, project management and/or account management as well as in-house or external creative agency and healthcare industry experience.
- Experience as an Account Manager, Account Supervisor, or in a similar role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries is highly relevant.
- 5+ years of direct and/or indirect team leadership experience.
- Experience with Agency Management.
- Experience in successful partnership management and project delivery.
- Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industry.
- Experience with digital and traditional marketing and the end-to-end content creation process
Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong business acumen and professional skills as it relates to decision making, communicating, project management, resource allocation, and time/budget management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make independent decisions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills, in-person and virtually
- Experience in cross-functional internal and external team leadership and collaboration at various levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
