We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Brand Engagement Coordinator to support our dynamic brand engagement team. This role involves working across multiple functions, including PR, influencer marketing, consumer events, brand ambassador programs, and more. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Influencer & Brand Ambassador Support:
- Coordinate and manage product inventory for influencer mailers, brand ambassador gifts, and consumer pop-ups.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors to order, ship, and track inventory levels to ensure seamless product replenishment.
- Reconcile influencer campaign data using Traackr to ensure all programs are recorded, tracked, and comply with auditing regulations.
- Assist with the growth and management of the brand ambassador program, including onboarding new members, managing merchandising and rewards, and ensuring all ambassador content meets brand standards.

Project Management & Execution:
- Lead and support the execution of consumer events, pop-ups, and other brand engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all tasks are executed on time, within budget, and according to project guidelines.
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and proactive problem-solving when necessary.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency in all brand-related communications and activations.

Internal & External Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and external agencies, to ensure all brand initiatives are aligned and executed seamlessly.
- Assist in creating or updating presentations, tracking budgets, and coordinating communication with vendors and agencies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in brand engagement, influencer marketing, or event coordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to follow-through and follow-up.
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Traackr is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to track and manage budgets and expenses related to brand initiatives.
- Familiarity with tools for presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote) and project management platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with external agencies and partners.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25.00 to $30.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
