In this role, you will:
- Supervise the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience, manage risk, and support growth.
- Coach and provide feedback leveraging performance management tools and processes.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Evaluate team performances and recommend process or policy improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist team and customers with products and services.
- Make supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to products and services.
- Leverage interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers.
- Lead team to achieve objectives.
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Branch Product Support
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Branch Product Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years of leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Consumer and/or small business or retail banking experience.
- Knowledge and understanding of branch banking: regulations, compliance, policies, process, and procedures.
- Experience with working with internal and external partners.
- Experience with CIV, Hogan, SVP.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
Job Expectations:
- Position is 100% onsite. Must be able to report in office 5-6 days a week.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.
- Must be able to fully attend and complete 5-6 weeks of training upon hire.
