Principal Product Designer - ONSITE in NYC 5 days a week

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Designer with B2B experience to lead the design efforts for our innovative product solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating user-centered designs for complex systems, with a focus on B2B applications. You will play a crucial role in shaping our product vision and ensuring that we deliver exceptional user experiences through effective design strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process for complex systems and dashboards
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve user experience
• Create high fidelity design mockups and prototypes using Figma
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmap and design objectives
• Mentor and guide junior designers in best practices and design methodologies
• Ensure consistency and attention to detail in all design deliverables
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders and team members

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Expertise in designing dashboards and complex systems
• Strong skills in user research and usability testing
• Proficiency in creating high fidelity design mockups and prototypes
• Extensive experience with Figma and other design tools
• Ability to develop and articulate product roadmaps and design strategies
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Experience in B2B product design; ECommerce and Financial experience is a plus

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
