As a B2B Marketing Director, you will lead strategic marketing initiatives to drive growth, strengthen brand presence, and deepen customer relationships in the B2B sector. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging digital marketing expertise to achieve key business objectives.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
- Strategic Go-To-Market Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for electrical manufacturing products targeted at B2B customers, ensuring alignment with growth and revenue objectives.
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Oversee digital presence across SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and website optimization to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Print Marketing Strategies: Create impactful print materials like brochures, catalogs, and other promotional content to support digital efforts and engage a wide B2B audience.
- Industry Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, distributors, and suppliers to enhance market reach and foster collaboration.
- Product Launch Oversight: Direct product launches with coordinated campaigns to maximize awareness and impact for new products.
- Data-Driven Campaign Optimization: Set and monitor KPIs to measure campaign performance, making data-backed decisions for continuous improvement.
- Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Lead cohesive, multi-channel campaigns to maintain consistent branding and drive engagement.
- Budget Management: Manage and optimize the marketing budget to meet ROI goals, with effective quarterly and annual resource allocation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, design, and project management teams to set targets, track progress, and align budgets with results.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified brand voice and messaging across all channels to enhance brand recognition and customer trust.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a strong preference for experience in electrical manufacturing or similar industries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Certifications: Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Mailchimp, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
- Analytical and Leadership Skills: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights, with proven leadership and communication capabilities.
- Language and International Experience: Multilingual abilities or experience with international markets is a plus.
