Qualifications:

• 8+ years of IT experience with a focus on DevOps practices and leadership
• Proficiency in DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform)
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and managing cloud-based infrastructure
• Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Bash, Java) for code review and automation
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and mentoring DevOps teams
• Strategic vision for integrating DevOps practices to improve efficiency and system reliability

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree or MBA beneficial

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives
• Evaluate emerging technologies for DevOps processes and organizational efficiency- Lead digital transformation towards automation, CI/CD, and cloud-native solutions
• Oversee creation and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployment- Promote Infrastructure as Code practices for reproducibility and scalability
• Foster continuous improvement and open communication across teams
• Encourage adoption of DevOps practices, breaking down silos for collaboration

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$134,800.00 - [[$195,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
