Day To Day Responsibilities:

• A Cloud Automation Engineer with Policy as Code experience typically develops and maintains automation scripts, integrates cloud platforms, and designs infrastructure as code solutions. They collaborate with teams to define and implement policies, ensuring compliance and security. The role involves troubleshooting automation issues, optimizing cloud resources, and staying updated on emerging technologies.

Must Have:

• 7+ years of Cloud Automation Engineering experience (AWS and Azure policy - AWS preferred)
• Senior level Terraform experience - infrastructure as code AND policy as code
• Hands on Cloud Automation & Containerization experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift and Hashi Corp Consul)
• Ansible
• Python or other scripting languages
• CI/CD experience
• Policy automation (OPA) OR Hashi Corp Sentinel (sister product that does Policy as Code)
• Knowledge of Cloud Security - Azure Policy & Azure Defender
• Excellent communication skills as they will be working with C-level executives
