The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Assistant Manager position is a good fit for a first-time manager with an interest in learning more about Human Resources. The Assistant Manager will be highly involved in coordinating hotel compliance and safety training efforts throughout the year. They will also facilitate training and must be comfortable speaking to groups. Other duties include processing bi-weekly payroll, colleague event planning, and working flexibly, in a team environment.

The ideal candidate must display strong interpersonal skills and be service-oriented. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, computer literate, and has strong written and verbal communication skills. This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.

This is an hourly management position. Annualized pay is $51,600-$72,200.
