The ideal candidate for the Assistant Human Resources Manager position will have experience in the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include recruitment, payroll, colleague relations, benefit assistance, HRIS management, compliance and any additional duties as assigned. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with the Assistant Director of Human Resources on a daily basis.

• $57,000 - $70,000

Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- 1 or more years of human resource or management experience preferred
