Job Description:
Job title: Asset Management Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 months w/ potential to extend or convert
Location: Downtown Austin TX
Onsite M-F, 8am-4pm
- Responsible for all new hire desk setups across campus
- Order, receive, and store monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and necessary cables
- Clean out desks and install equipment
- Ensure cabling is neat and tidy and all computer equipment and furniture is in good working order
- Responsible for in person desk and computer equipment support across campus
- Ensure everything is plugged in correctly and determine if it's user-error or there is a broken monitor or docking station
- Support office supplies, kitchen supplies, and perishable goods inventory by ordering and stocking items in multiple offices
- Extra time will be spent walking buildings and performing facilities and operations audits (for example, ensuring conference room AV systems are working, furniture is all there and in good shape, there are plenty of supplies, etc.)
